I am going to be utilizing the following rules of engagement I will not fire unless fired upon this includes espionage missions.

What this means is that I will not attack nor join in a group attack on you unless you take hostilities against myself or my alliance. I will attempt to assist where I can in hostilities against yourself (I will not engage in attacks against alliances hostile to yours but I will attempt to attack aggressors targeting you as an individual). Should you be in need of resources I will attempt to transport or trade with you unless I have prior commitments
